Non pas une peur abstraite de l\u2019avenir, mais le sentiment que le progr\u00e8s technologique avance plus vite que notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nous y adapter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une remise en cause de la planification \u00e0 long terme<\/strong><br \/>\nNos trajectoires reposent sur des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9tal\u00e9es dans le temps\u202f: \u00e9tudes, carri\u00e8re, investissement, pr\u00e9voyance. Avec en toile de fond une hypoth\u00e8se implicite\u202f: l\u2019avenir prolonge le pr\u00e9sent de mani\u00e8re relativement pr\u00e9visible.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Cette hypoth\u00e8se vacille. Pour l\u2019\u00e9conomiste Toby Stuart, l\u2019IA ne transforme pas seulement les m\u00e9tiers, elle bouscule les fondements m\u00eames de la planification. Si l\u2019on ne peut plus anticiper les comp\u00e9tences demand\u00e9es \u00e0 cinq ans, chaque d\u00e9cision structurante devient plus risqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Les jeunes en premi\u00e8re ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce basculement frappe d\u2019abord les jeunes. Ceux qui entrent aujourd\u2019hui dans la vie professionnelle se posent des questions in\u00e9dites\u202f: Leur m\u00e9tier existera-t-il encore\u202f? Quelles comp\u00e9tences resteront utiles\u202f? La sp\u00e9cialisation garde-t-elle du sens\u202f?<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>L\u2019IA r\u00e9dige, analyse, programme, et s\u2019invite d\u00e9sormais dans des domaines juridiques, m\u00e9dicaux ou cr\u00e9atifs. Les professions \u00e9voluent plus vite que les institutions de formation et les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u2019incertitude gagne aussi les parcours exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. La progression lin\u00e9aire &#8211; exp\u00e9rience, responsabilit\u00e9s, promotion \u2014 n\u2019est plus une \u00e9vidence. Les postes vis\u00e9s pourraient \u00eatre, au moins en partie, automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Une tension particuli\u00e8re en Suisse<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>En Suisse, l\u2019enjeu est d\u2019autant plus aigu que l\u2019\u00e9conomie repose largement sur des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de savoir \u2014 finance, conseil, communication, pharma \u2014 o\u00f9 l\u2019IA d\u00e9ploie d\u00e9j\u00e0 ses effets.<\/p>\n<p>Or le mod\u00e8le suisse valorise la stabilit\u00e9\u202f: formation solide, trajectoires lisibles, pr\u00e9voyance \u00e0 long terme. Le \u00ab\u202fAI Fog\u202f\u00bb heurte ainsi une culture fond\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Ce qui va \u00eatre important<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette incertitude, la <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em> plaide pour un d\u00e9placement de perspective\u202f: moins de rigidit\u00e9, davantage \u00ab\u202fd\u2019optionalit\u00e9\u202f\u00bb, c\u2019est\u2011\u00e0\u2011dire la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 garder plusieurs chemins ouverts.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Quatre implications concr\u00e8tes\u202f:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Apprendre en continu\u202f: Ce ne sont pas seulement les dipl\u00f4mes qui comptent, mais la disposition \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir en permanence de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li>Penser plus largement\u202f: Les connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es restent importantes. En m\u00eame temps, les comp\u00e9tences que l\u2019IA ne peut pas remplacer aussi facilement gagnent en importance\u202f: la pens\u00e9e critique, la communication, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019intelligence sociale.<\/li>\n<li>Accepter des parcours de carri\u00e8re plus flexibles\u202f: Les changements de m\u00e9tier et les r\u00e9orientations deviennent plus fr\u00e9quents. Les parcours professionnels seront \u00e0 l\u2019avenir moins lin\u00e9aires.<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 supporter l\u2019incertitude\u202f: La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les changements devient une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>L\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 comme nouvelle s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nLe \u00ab\u202fAI Fog\u202f\u00bb ne d\u00e9crit pas un futur sombre, mais une phase de transition\u202f: les certitudes d\u2019hier disparaissent avant que de nouveaux rep\u00e8res ne s\u2019installent.<br \/>\nDans ce contexte, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne r\u00e9side plus dans la pr\u00e9vision, mais dans la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation \u2014 rester mobile, apprendre en continu et ajuster sa trajectoire au fil des
