Aujourd&rsquo;hui, une autre valeur occupe le devant de la sc\u00e8ne : la confiance. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edelman.com\/trust-barometer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barom\u00e8tre Edelman de la confiance 2024<\/a> montre que les entreprises sont toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme relativement fiables, mais qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9voluent dans un environnement de d\u00e9sinformation et de polarisation. La confiance devient donc l&rsquo;indicateur de performance cl\u00e9 le plus difficile \u00e0 obtenir aujourd&rsquo;hui et une valeur qu&rsquo;aucune campagne ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer \u00e0 elle seule. La communication doit entretenir des relations, g\u00e9rer les attentes et prendre au s\u00e9rieux le contexte social. Si vous ignorez cela, vous perdrez en r\u00e9sonance et en pertinence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La transparence, une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique <\/strong><br \/>\nLes nouvelles r\u00e9glementations, de la CSRD de l&rsquo;UE \u00e0 la directive \u00ab Green Claims\u00a0\u00bb, montrent clairement que l&rsquo;enjolivement communicationnel est un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9pass\u00e9. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/sustainability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Financial Times<\/a> \u00e9crivait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2023 : \u00ab The era of sustainability storytelling without data is over\u00a0\u00bb. Ce d\u00e9calage oblige les entreprises \u00e0 associer beaucoup plus \u00e9troitement les connaissances internes, la gouvernance et le reporting \u00e0 la communication. La transparence n&rsquo;est plus une question de style, mais de gestion des risques. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, un r\u00e9cit sans base factuelle n&rsquo;est pas seulement faible, il est dangereux. Le m\u00e9tier de la communication se rapproche ainsi du juridique, de la conformit\u00e9 et de la finance, et le storytelling se transforme de plus en plus en story validation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nouvelle visibilit\u00e9 de la direction <\/strong><br \/>\nParall\u00e8lement, les dirigeants connaissent une renaissance remarquable en tant que figures de la communication. Sur LinkedIn et Instagram, le contenu des CEO obtient des taux d&rsquo;engagement bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les posts d&rsquo;entreprise. Brunswick montre qu&rsquo;une grande majorit\u00e9 des collaborateurs attendent des dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;expriment sur des questions de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais cette visibilit\u00e9 a un prix. La London School of Economics met en garde contre les risques des strat\u00e9gies de \u00ab CEO activism \u00bb trop ambitieuses. Si l&rsquo;on joue sur des th\u00e8mes qui ne correspondent pas \u00e0 son propre caract\u00e8re, on risque un backlash. Les professionnels de la communication se voient ainsi confier un nouveau r\u00f4le : ils deviennent des sparring-partners strat\u00e9giques qui doivent orchestrer avec pr\u00e9cision le positionnement, le ton et la gestion des attentes de la direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;IA comme acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur et comme pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 <\/strong><br \/>\nDans le domaine de la communication, l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative n&rsquo;est plus un champ d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation, mais une infrastructure. Gartner pr\u00e9voit qu&rsquo;une part importante du contenu marketing sera produite \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;IA dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. PwC y voit un levier d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 qui d\u00e9charge massivement les d\u00e9partements de communication. Parall\u00e8lement, le World Economic Forum met en garde contre un basculement en mati\u00e8re de faux contenus. C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side le d\u00e9fi : l&rsquo;IA peut augmenter la vitesse et la qualit\u00e9, mais elle oblige les communicateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles normes de transparence, de critique des sources et de lignes directrices \u00e9thiques. La profession passe ainsi du statut de simple producteur \u00e0 celui de curateur et de gardien de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication dans l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me <\/strong><br \/>\nLes entreprises op\u00e8rent aujourd&rsquo;hui dans un r\u00e9seau condens\u00e9 de parties prenantes, d&rsquo;attentes et de publics. L&rsquo;OCDE d\u00e9crit cela comme un \u00ab environnement complexe de gouvernance des parties prenantes \u00bb. Pour les services de communication, cela signifie que l&rsquo;ar\u00e8ne strat\u00e9gique devient plus large, plus confuse et plus politique. Les th\u00e8mes doivent r\u00e9sister simultan\u00e9ment aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires, \u00e0 la logique des m\u00e9dias et aux attentes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. La communication interne gagne en importance, car les collaborateurs deviennent la principale caisse de r\u00e9sonance. Et la communication externe ne fonctionne plus de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9dible que si elle co\u00efncide avec le \u00ab corporate character\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;entreprise &#8211;
