D\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge, Mufasa pr\u00e9pare son fils \u00e0 sa future responsabilit\u00e9 : un jour, Simba devra r\u00e9gner sur La Terre des Lions avec autant de sagesse et de bont\u00e9 que son p\u00e8re, et perp\u00e9tuer ainsi le \u00ab\u202fCercle de la vie\u202f\u00bb. (\u00ab\u202fAs king, you need to respect all the creatures\u202f\u00bb.)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"708\">Scar, le fr\u00e8re cadet de Mufasa, refuse d\u2019accepter que la naissance de Simba lui ait fait perdre sa chance de monter sur le tr\u00f4ne. \u00ab\u202fStick with me and you&rsquo;ll never go hungry again\u202f\u00bb, promet-il aux hy\u00e8nes pour qu\u2019elles l\u2019aident dans ses ambitions, et il \u00e9labore des plans sournois pour s\u2019emparer du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"922\">Sa premi\u00e8re man\u0153uvre consiste \u00e0 pousser Simba hors des limites de La Terre des Lions, o\u00f9 les hy\u00e8nes l\u2019attendent dans un cimeti\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants. Mufasa doit intervenir en urgence pour sauver son fils de ce pi\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"81\" data-end=\"528\">La deuxi\u00e8me tentative de meurtre de Scar, cette fois contre Mufasa et Simba, r\u00e9ussit. Les hy\u00e8nes provoquent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment la panique d\u2019un troupeau de gnous. Mufasa se pr\u00e9cipite pour sauver Simba, mais y laisse sa vie. Scar, qui aurait pu intervenir, pousse son fr\u00e8re vers une mort certaine. Il persuade ensuite Simba qu\u2019il est responsable de la mort de son p\u00e8re et qu\u2019il ne pourra jamais revenir aupr\u00e8s de sa m\u00e8re : \u00ab\u202fRun away and never return.\u202f\u00bb<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"839\">Simba s\u2019enfuit dans le d\u00e9sert, o\u00f9 le suricate Timon et le phacoch\u00e8re Pumbaa le recueillent et l\u2019initient \u00e0 leur vie insouciante, guid\u00e9e par la devise \u00ab\u202fHakuna Matata\u202f\u00bb \u2014 \u00ab\u202fil n&rsquo;y a pas de probl\u00e8mes\u202f\u00bb. Pendant ce temps, Scar r\u00e9pand la fausse nouvelle de la mort de Simba et prend le tr\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1361\">Des ann\u00e9es plus tard, Simba adulte sauve Pumbaa d\u2019une lionne qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre Nala, son amie d\u2019enfance. Elle lui raconte la famine qui ravage La Terre des Lions et l\u2019invite \u00e0 revenir. Rong\u00e9 par la culpabilit\u00e9, Simba refuse d\u2019abord. Mais le chaman Rafiki, qui l\u2019avait oint enfant, lui fait comprendre qu\u2019il doit assumer son destin. En contemplant son reflet dans l\u2019eau et le ciel, Simba comprend : \u00ab\u202fThe past can hurt. Mais de la mani\u00e8re dont je le vois, vous pouvez soit vous en \u00e9chapper, soit en tirer des le\u00e7ons.\u202f\u00bb<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1743\">Simba retourne \u00e0 La Terre des Lions pour affronter Scar. Sa ressemblance avec Mufasa trompe d\u2019abord les habitants. Lors du combat pour le tr\u00f4ne, Scar avoue enfin avoir tu\u00e9 Mufasa, ce qui lib\u00e8re la force int\u00e9rieure de Simba. Il contraint Scar \u00e0 avouer publiquement ses crimes avant de l\u2019envoyer en exil, Scar s\u2019\u00e9tant auparavant brouill\u00e9 avec les hy\u00e8nes pour tenter de s\u2019\u00e9chapper.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1928\">Sous le r\u00e8gne du nouveau roi Simba, La Terre des Lions prosp\u00e8re \u00e0 nouveau. Simba et Nala accueillent bient\u00f4t une descendance qui perp\u00e9tuera, \u00e0 son tour, le \u00ab\u202fCercle de la vie\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A voir pour<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Hamlet au royaume des animaux, magnifiquement anim\u00e9 et port\u00e9 par des m\u00e9lodies inoubliables d\u2019Elton John et Hans Zimmer, avec des paroles de Tim Rice qui feraient p\u00e2lir de nombreux manuels de strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La strat\u00e9gie gagnante<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"696\">Simba a perdu confiance en lui et s\u2019est d\u00e9tach\u00e9 de tout int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le pouvoir. Il doit d\u2019abord retrouver la motivation n\u00e9cessaire pour affronter Scar et revendiquer le tr\u00f4ne. L\u2019\u00e9conomie, la religion et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019allient pour y parvenir : la courageuse Nala lui parle des conditions de vie difficiles qu\u2019a connues La Terre des Lions sous le r\u00e8gne de Scar et des hy\u00e8nes. Le chaman Rafiki lui rappelle le \u00ab\u202fCercle de la vie\u202f\u00bb et la mission que son p\u00e8re lui avait confi\u00e9e : un jour, prendre le tr\u00f4ne. M\u00eame les marginaux Timon et Pumbaa d\u00e9passent leur h\u00e9donisme pour aider Simba \u00e0 se lancer dans cette lutte pour le pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"1200\">Le \u00ab\u202fCercle de la vie\u202f\u00bb se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre un r\u00e9cit d\u2019une force impressionnante. Dans le combat interne de Simba, il lui permet de retrouver ses convictions d\u2019enfance et le sens de la mission de son p\u00e8re, lui donnant courage et force pour d\u00e9fier Scar. Dans la communication externe avec les autres habitants de La Terre des Lions, ce r\u00e9cit renforce sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 : malgr\u00e9 la domination apparente de Scar gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son alliance avec les hy\u00e8nes, tous consid\u00e8rent Simba comme l\u2019h\u00e9ritier l\u00e9gitime du tr\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La strat\u00e9gie perdante<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"72\" data-end=\"898\">Pour Scar, la voie vers le pouvoir passe par l\u2019\u00e9limination des lions qui se dressent entre lui et le tr\u00f4ne. Comme il est physiquement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 Mufasa et \u00e0 Simba adulte, il poursuit ses objectifs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une planification minutieuse pour r\u00e9aliser le \u00ab coup du si\u00e8cle \u00bb, comme il le chante dans \u00ab Be Prepared \u00bb : \u00ab I never thought hyenas essential \/ they&rsquo;re crude and unspeakably plain \/ but maybe they&rsquo;ve a glimmer of potential \/ if allied to my vision and brain \u00bb. Il s\u2019allie donc \u00e0 une esp\u00e8ce animale qui, \u00e0 son tour, effraie une autre esp\u00e8ce au point que des lions, pourtant au sommet de la cha\u00eene alimentaire, se retrouvent sous les sabots des gnous instrumentalis\u00e9s. Chez Simba, qui survit au pi\u00e8ge, Scar provoque des sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 et de honte qui le font fuir. Ainsi, la voie vers le tr\u00f4ne reste ouverte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1353\">Malgr\u00e9 quelques succ\u00e8s interm\u00e9diaires, Scar \u00e9choue finalement : lorsque Simba revient de l\u2019exil avec sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e par la l\u00e9gende, toutes les man\u0153uvres de Scar s\u2019av\u00e8rent vaines. Dans les cinq P classiques de la th\u00e9orie strat\u00e9gique de Mintzberg, un pattern (mod\u00e8le) l\u2019emporte ici sur les ploys (manoeuvres) et la planification de Scar. De plus, le manque de nourriture sous son r\u00e8gne entra\u00eene un m\u00e9contentement g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 parmi les habitants de La Terre des Lions.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comment la politique est-elle pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"286\">\u00c0 la Cour des Lions, tout est une question de vie ou de mort. La l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 repose uniquement sur l\u2019arbre g\u00e9n\u00e9alogique, et un d\u00e9c\u00e8s, et si n\u00e9cessaire, un meurtre, est le seul moyen de remplacer le titulaire du tr\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"643\">Ce que d\u00e9cide la politique et comment elle l\u2019exerce n\u2019est pas abord\u00e9 dans ce film Disney. Lorsque le tr\u00f4ne est occup\u00e9 par un personnage sympathique et l\u00e9gitime, le pays prosp\u00e8re. Mais lorsque le pouvoir revient \u00e0 un personnage douteux, alli\u00e9 \u00e0 une esp\u00e8ce animale jug\u00e9e antipathique, tous les autres animaux souffrent de la faim et la savane se dess\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Citation<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Quand nous mourrons notre corps se transforme en herbe et les antilopes mangent l&rsquo;herbe.
